My assistants and I started by cutting out mini-wedding cakes and covering them in icing... Then we covered each one in marshmallow fondant...

I had bags of coordinating icing and colored fondant pre-made and ready to decorate

With myself, my sister, the bride and her bridesmaid, they all turned out so unique
